A DELICIOUS NEW
COOKBOOK
Philadelphia Orchestra musicians take their artistry from the stage to the kitchen, impressing in the creation of wonderful tastes just as they delight in the creation of wonderful sounds. And now they are sharing some of their culinary secrets with the public in the new Kitchen Compositions: A Symphony of Recipes
$38.00
While this is not the first Philadelphia Orchestra cookbook —there were earlier versions in 1980 and 1992 — it is the first where the majority of the recipes come from our musicians.
The ethnic diversity of our Fabulous Philadelphians is reflected in the variety of recipes. This book is sure to become a favorite source for interesting dishes. Beautiful illustrations accompany every recipe and pages have a protective coating.
This book is yet another way that our musicians are showing their devotion to The Philadelphia Orchestra and their commitment to its future.
