Join Your Philadelphia Orchestra on Tuesday, October 13, at Applebrook Golf Club for the 29th annual Golf Classic benefitting the Orchestra’s education and outreach programs.

This day on the green offers avid golfers and novices alike the opportunity to indulge in the sport of golf, and enjoy an elegant cocktail reception, dinner and silent auction, all the while supporting The Philadelphia Orchestra. Proceeds from the Golf Classic support critical access to music and music education for young people throughout our community. Free school concerts, in-school programs for underserved students, free neighborhood concerts throughout the region, and free tickets for public school teachers and area college students are just a few examples of programs that are funded through this annual event.

Held at Applebrook Golf Club in Malvern, PA, this course has consistently been ranked by Golf Digest among the Best in State. It is a “walking” golf club and maintains one of the finest caddie programs in the country.

There are many ways to participate, and no matter what you choose, we promise you will feel great about your investment in the Orchestra’s education programs all while having fun on the range!

Golfer Registration: Play 18 holes of golf, registering as a part of a foursome or a twosome. Golfers will enjoy contests and prizes. Registration includes a barbeque lunch, a round of golf with caddie, special golf apparel and golfer gifts, sponsor recognition, a cocktail reception, and a gourmet lobster buffet dinner. Foursomes start at $5,000 and twosomes are $2,750. Download the sponsorship form for details.

Clinic Registration: Aspiring golfer? Join us for a fun afternoon on the range to learn about golfing rules, etiquette, swing fundamentals, and putting and short games with a dedicated golf pro. Participants will have the chance to win fabulous prizes. Registration also includes a cocktail reception and gourmet lobster buffet dinner. Individual ticket: $300

Dinner Event Registration: Join us to celebrate and support the Orchestra’s community and education programs at the beautiful Applebrook Golf Club, enjoying the opportunity to mix and mingle with Golf Classic supporters and Orchestra musicians and leadership. Participants will enjoy cocktails, a gourmet lobster buffet dinner, and bidding in the silent auction. Individual ticket: $225
