On July 24th, Nancy Galloway, Dorothy Byrne, Deb Ledley, and I sampled the proposed menu by Garces Catering for Opening Night! With an Asian inspired theme, we enjoyed tasting a variety of hot and cold appetizers, entrees including fish, beef and duck and a selection of wines. Get ready for a wonderful dinner, the food presentation was not only delicious, but beautifully presented. We look forward to seeing you for Opening Night!
